Jennifer Holland aka 'Momma J' is the creatrix of DRIPP. She will be the facilitator and guide of the pre-recorded courses below as well as our online community. Jennifer has been teaching and guiding movement and dance for over 25 years. She has a bachelor's in Exercise Science, a slew of other fitness and yoga certifications, and a lifelong curiosity of the human body, mind, spirit, and soul. Her passion bubbles over when it comes to humans feeling deliciously connected and tuned into their bodies. She holds a prayer of liberation through play and pleasure, freedom through reciprocity, and a fierce desire to birth new culture and relationship paradigms.
