About the event
This retreat will be a fully "unplugged" experience, meaning you will surrender your phone and any other devices upon your arrival. The potency that this kind of tech-free presence creates will make this already transformative weekend even richer. The venue is still TBD, but you can trust Momma J and her team to choose only the most cozy accomodations that will support our journey as individuals and a sisterhood.
Below is an outline from a previous retreat which will give you an idea of what to expect. The other values we will prioritize this Retreat will be gentleness, recovery, healing, intimacy, co-regulation, and practicing the alchemy of our big feelings and experiences.
