About the event
From safety to spark, GiGi and Jen will gently guide the group through somatic practices to bring us collectively into a rooted and attuned vibration. Through nervous system nurturance, self soothing skills, co-regulation practices, and partnered exercises mixed with sensory and energetic experiments, this evening will open up our capacity to give and receive new forms of pleasure intelligence. It is through these practices and collaborations that we begin to taste and understand what is possible for crafting a daily life that is satiating, inspiring, juicy, and empowered.
This evening will be a sober container that is not sexual. The purpose is for us to explore what sensuality means to us without overt sexual interactions. You can read more about the evening and the agreements below.
