Join Jen for a restorative and nourishing full moon DRIPP gathering. We will set intentions, connect into sisterhood, then roll around and get saucy. The DRIPP class format starts and ends gently and grounded, and builds with breath, self-massage, sensual movements and more.

About the event
Come connect deeply with yourself and be held in safe space and witnessing amongst sacred sisterhood. As we drop in and explore how our bodies feel, and how to use sensuality and flow to alchemize our emotions and experiences, we get to taste the sweetness of our pleasure and be empowered by its presence. I believe feeling delicious is our birthright and DRIPP is the place to allow curiousity, full expression, and exploration to help you find the things that delight you and introduce skills and tools to enhance the joy, radiance, peace, and pleasure of daily life. DRIPP helps us understand how important play is for expanding our awareness and re-patterning beliefs with so much love, compassion, and fullness. Healing is sexy. Health in wealth. Connection is nourishment. Self devotion is key.
This class will be more restorative and use myofascial release and rolling for added relaxation and yumminess.
