It's been almost 3 years since I recorded the current DRIPP Training. This virtual workshop will be added to the training as an "addendum" to update concepts that have evolved, to formally introduce DRIPP Primal, and open up safe space to explore these life changing topics.

About the event
We will meet virtually via Zoom on Saturday April 13 from 9a-3p with an hour break midway through. Please only attend the Livestream Workshop if you can commit to the entire container. If you cannot attend live, the recording will be sent out within 1-3 business days to your email with other materials as well.
I try not to lecture more than 30-45 minutes without some kind of somatic snack or embodied practice, so throughout the workshop we will learn, converse/share, wiggle and play, and weave all the concepts together mentally, physically, and energetically. After our lunch break we will let our bellies settle as we share and discuss a little more, and then we will end our time together with a rukus Primal practice.
