This practice weaves in breathwork, self-massage, compassionate touch, adornment, sensual floorwork, and primal flows. Wear clothing that you can easily move in and supports you feeling sexy, condfident, and free --  bring any props to make being on the floor comfortable and accessible for you. The studio is well equipped with props and mats for your use as well. This class is beginner friendly and open to all over the age of 18.
