About the event

We will meet Livestream on Sundays from 9am-3pm PST (5 hours + 1 hour break for lunch), dates and general topics to follow:

  • Week 1 - Sunday October 15: Opening Circle - Group Introductions - History and Philosphy - Daily Rituals - Becoming Our Own Hype Queen/King - Shifting from Scarcity to Abundance Mindset - Emotional Intelligence & Sovereignty - Our Human Rights - Boundaries - Healthy Communication
  • Week 2 - Sunday October 22: Opening Breathwork, Journal Prompts & Sharing Circle - Root & Sacral Chakra Discussion & Movement Practices (safety, grounding, breathwork, regulation of the nervous system, expanding our definitions of masculine & feminine polarity and pleasure & intimacy) 
  • Week 3 - Sunday October 29: Opening Breathwork, Journal Prompts & Sharing Circle - Solar Plexus & Heart Chakra Discussions & Movement Practices (strength, confidence, empowerment, communication, love & relationships)
  • Week 4 - Sunday November 5: Opening Breathwork, Journal Prompts & Sharing Circle - Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakra Discussions & Movement Practices (being humans of our word, speaking up for our truths and desires, sharpening the tool of our intution and connection to "the divine")
  • Week 5 - Sunday November 12: DRIPP Primal Day - Full Practice - Breaking down the moves - How to Create your own practice - How to Move into Self-Devotion - Space for Q & A
  • Week 6 *Women Only* - Sunday November 19: DRIPPractice - Female Anatomy & Arousal - Sisterhood - Healing & Witnessing
