DRIPP, Roll, & Recover combines the soft and gooey practices of breathwork, touch, self-massage, sensual movement and floorwork combined with the magic of myofascial release and gentle massage (with the use of therapy balls and props) along with restorative poses and slow, nurturing flows.

About the event
Class is 75 minutes long and for women only. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time and utilize it well to drop in, connect into our sisterhood, play, and get drippy.
Please dress comfortably and in clothing you can move in with an invitation to adorn yourself in ways that feel sexy and empowering to you. Often I'll suggest a adornment prompt. This class' prompt (if you'd like one) is: roses, robes, and cozies. Adornment isn't just aesthetic, it can be a mood or a vibe. If you can carve out an hour or so before class to drop in and have fun playing with clothing, perfumes, scents, makeup, hair styles, jewelry, etc etc, please do! You can also prepare with self nourishment like a bath, a massage, oiling your skin, and any other things that help you relax and drop into your body…
