About the event
Jen will kick off the workshop with breathwork and a drippy warmup. Then we will strap on our heels (if you desire) and be led through some beginner friendly super sultry choreography by Tia. To close up, Jen will guide us through some DRIPP+roll sexy recovery work.
Both Jen and Tia provide a safe space to be in our fullest expression with complete permission to explore and be curious about feeling amazing in our bodies and movements. Dress in ways that are comfortable for you and that support you feeling divine and sexy (whatever that means to you!). Heels are optional for the choreography portion. You will want to bring water and yoga mat for the beginning and end of class, and any props you desire. Jen will have the pilates squishy balls available for the recovery ending of class, OR you can purchase one so you can take it home and continue to use it as a gentle and versatile recovery tool. (Add that ticket on to the workshop if you desire.)
