DRIPP Immersion

THINGS TO NOTE We will have an all day beverage (tea+coffee) and snack bar and take an hour break to eat a midday meal together (we are encouraging packing lunches so we can stay "in the sauce" of our sisterhood). We will also provide a notebook, pen, and face gems for dress-up hour, and yoga blocks. LOOSE AGENDA 11a-12:30p: Kick off circle, introductions, setting safe space 12:30-1:30p: Sisterhood/Partner Exercises 1:30-2:30p: Lunch 2:30-3:30p: Face Adornment & Dress Ups (bring items to borrow and share or even give away) 3:45-5p: DRIPPractice 5-5:30p: Journal & Close Out Circle 5:30-6:30p: Sounds Bath by Adrienne

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and bolster or large pillow to sit on. If you do not have access to props like this, please email Jen (jen@strongandsultry.com) so she can accurately bring props needed. Please arrive in comfortable clothing you can move and play in, and bring a saucy outfit and accessories for our dress up hour where we will "Goddess Up" before we DRIPP. Please bring items or our "shared closet" -- even bring things you'd like to find permanent homes for (keep it so costuming, accessories, and sexy strappy items for this event).

Jen will have some of the circular DRIPP Mats on hand and is offering a $17 discount for attending the event. (Retail $177).
