DRIPP Foundations

Class is 75 minutes long and for women only. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time and utilize it well to drop in, connect into our sisterhood, play, and get drippy. 

Please dress comfortably and in clothing you can move in with an invitation to adorn yourself in ways that feel sexy and empowering to you. Often I'll suggest a adornment prompt. This class' prompt (if you'd like one) is: sweaters, lace, and legwarmers. Adornment isn't just aesthetic, it can be a mood or a vibe. If you can carve out an hour or so before class to drop in and have fun playing with clothing, perfumes, scents, makeup, hair styles, jewelry, etc etc, please do! You can also prepare with self nourishment like a bath, a massage, oiling your skin, and any other things that help you relax and drop into your body -- there are no rules,  just permission to chase you edge, your pleasure, and what feels good.

DRIPP class will take us all on a journey of rooting into the present moment to create safety so we can then adventure and try on new ways to express love to ourselves and our bodies and to feel sensational daily. We will nuture sensual awareness in class so that we can begin to taste the delight that is available to us daily and weave a fun and sexy flow of yoga, burlesque, and floorwork moves and postures.
