About the event

Bring a yoga mat or fuzzy rug and any other props that are supportive for you with floorwork/meditation, etc. Please dress in way that make you feel free, sexy, and feral and that are easeful and fun to move your body in. Jen will be our guide, inviting breath, touch, and movement cues and flows to give you enough structure to fully find surrender and freedom in. This practice is great for all levels.
